Coated Lipase

Alkaline lipase is produced by Aspergillus Niger through submerged fermentation. It can effectively decompose fat, oil and grease, so it is widely used in detergent, paper making and other industries.

Physical Characteristics

Appearance: light gray coated granules.
Specification
40,000 U.
Advantages

1. Active across a broad range of washing temperature (25-60℃).

2. Active across a broad pH range (6.0-11.0).

3. Lipase and its decomposition products are easy to degrade.
Note: Temperature or pH outside the above ranges will diminish enzyme activity.

Functions
1. Effectively remove fat stains on clothes;

2. Create mild washing conditions to prolong the service life of fabrics;
3. Protect the environment by reducing the use of surfactant and sodium tripolyphosphate.

Usage
1. Recommended dosage: 0.15-0.5% of detergent.
2. It is recommended to carry out a small-scale lab test to determine the optimal dose before mass production.
