Transmissible Gastroenteritis and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Vaccine, Inactivated.

Active Ingredients
The vaccine contains inactivated Transmissible Gastroenteritis virus and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea virus. 
Character
Pink, evenly mixed suspension. Layers occur after long-time standing (upper layer: clear red liquid; lower layer: light grey precipitates). An evenly mixed suspension will form after shaking.

Indications
For the immunization of pigs against Transmissible Gastroenteritis and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea.

The vaccine is mainly used for passive immunization in piglets delivered by vaccinated pregnant sows. The duration of protection is from lactation period to 7 days after weaning. It is also used for active immunization in pigs of different ages. The onset of protection is 14 days after vaccination and the duration of protection is 6 months.

Adverse Reaction
No adverse reactions. 
Administration

Houhai acupoint (fossa between the anus and tail base) injection.

Dilute the vaccine according to the doses on the label. The needle depth increases with pig age in a range of 0.5 cm (for piglets aged 3 days) to 4.0 cm (for adult pigs). Direct the needle toward Houhai acupoint and advance it parallel to rectum or slightly up.

Administer 4 ml to pregnant sows 20-30 days before farrowing and 1 ml to the piglets delivered by the sow within 7 days after weaning. Administer 1 ml to piglets weighed less than 25 kg, 2 ml to growers weighed 25-50 kg and 4 ml to finishers weighed more than 50 kg.

Precautions
1. Avoid heat and sunlight during transportation. Shake well before use.

2. Use with cautions for pregnant sows to avoid the incidence of abortion.
