Clostridium Butyricum

Clostridium butyricum, a strictly anaerobic bacillus, is a common animal gut commensal bacterium. As it grows, the butyrate and butyricin will be produced to protect and repair the intestinal mucosa and inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria like clostridium perfringens, the main cause of enteritis.

Functions

1.Produce butyric acid and butyricin to prevent and reduce intestinal diseases such as necrotic enteritis and diarrhea;

2.Supply energy to intestinal epithelial cells by the produced butyric acid to promote regeneration and repair of intestinal villus;

3.Promote nutrient digestibility to improve the growth performance of animals;

4.Improve immunity and anti-stress ability of animals to enhance the survival rate.

Recommended Dosage

30-50 g per ton of complete feed.
