Vland Exhibits at the China Feed Industry Exhibition 2023

On March 29-31, 2023, China Feed Industry Exhibition 2023 sponsored by the China Feed Industry Association was held at the Nanjing International Expo Center. More than 600 companies participated in the exhibition, attracting over 40,000 visitors.


Wang Zongli, head of the National Animal Husbandry Station and executive vice president & secretary-general of China Feed Industry Association, presided over the opening ceremony on the morning of March 30. Li Jinxiang, National Chief Veterinary Officer of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. This event was also attended by Li Defa, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and president of China Feed Industry Association, and Qiao Shiyan, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of China Agricultural University.


 


Mr. Chen Gang, President of Vland, led Team Vland to exhibit at Booth 5B30. A range of new technologies and products from Vland including enzyme preparations, probiotics, and bio-solutions for environmental protection made their first debut. Focusing on animal health, Vland relies on its 8 major technology centers to continuously advance technological innovation and product development, delivering sustainable solutions for animal nutrition, healthy farming, animal diseases, and manure treatment. A collaborative shared platform has been built covering feed, animal farming and smart animal husbandry.


 


Value-based Product Innovation

Vland keeps innovating in fields of animal nutrition, healthy farming and manure treatment on key issues such as alternatives to antibiotics, low-protein diets, risk control of mold and mycotoxins, anti-oxidation, and immune enhancement. At this exhibition, Vland displayed dozens of single enzymes developed based on the VLAND-PCP platform and a number of functional microbial agents based on the VLAND-MHR system.


 


Precise R&D platform

Enzymes, an important part of precision nutrition, holds the key to unlocking the potential of feed ingredients. The feed enzyme solutions developed upon VLAND-PCP (a product customization platform based on the feed-enzyme application big data system) links the three variables of feed raw materials, animal growth stages, and enzymes to provide precise enzyme solutions for poultry, livestock and aquatic animals at different growth phases, thus maximizing the value of feed enzymes and realizing sustainable animal farming.


 


Technical Service System

Vland Living-Source Shared Lab stays committed to improving the quality of feed raw materials and stabilizing the quality of feed products through the quality evaluation system (including 800+ kinds of feed raw material), microscopic examination, raw material standards & databases, and testing methods, with the "systematic six-dimensional raw material quality evaluation system" proposed by Mr. Guo Jiyuan as the core. At this exhibition, Vland established the testing scene at Booth 5B30, and invited Mr. Yang Haipeng, former chief researcher of the National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Feed (Wuhan), and Mr. Guo Jiyuan, chief scientist of Living-Source Shared Lab to demonstrate and answer questions on the spot.



According to China Feed Industry Association, this year’s China Feed Industry Exhibition has been upgraded in scale and highlighted international elements. It has brought together more than 600 enterprises from home and abroad to participate in the exhibition, including over 20 enterprises and institutions from more than 10 countries. This exhibition covered an area of 75,000 square meters (with 2,996 booths in total), 25% larger than the previous one in size.

 

This exhibition focuses on new technologies, new products, and new directions on feed processing, feed raw materials, feed additives, feed machinery, feed testing and safety evaluation, poultry and livestock farming, forage seeds, processing and silage, pest control, African swine fever prevention and control, etc.
